Catering/Storefront Starting as a storefront with take-out and delivery. Creating a menu options at a cost-effective price point. The best Cuban cooking can be very good; not hot-and-spicy, but flavorful, not bland. It's more about herbs, garlic and moderately used spices *I want to bring a new cultural Cuban taste to the city. * This restaurant allows you to try a variety of different foods and cuisines that you may not have access to at home. Outside food can also be a social activity, whether you are dining with friends, family, or coworkers.

Something we don’t have here in Grand Rapids nor Michigan ! First, the market is huge, uncounted for. ➢Second, a lot of people go down to another state to find delicious Cuban food. ➢Third, Let's not start with the expenses of flight, hotel and car rental. The quality saving to customer is 95.9% ➢Fourth, the thought of bringing it in town is a 180-degree success switch. ➢ Fifth, many of these customers don’t just exist in grand rapids. All over Michigan. On top those who come in from another state or even country. Also many more Job Opportunities! Bring life back to Grand Rapids, MI
