About this idea
Home bakery ready to go to the next level to a brick & mortar to expand my business and have access to a bigger kitchen facility.
Impact
Our community has the opportunity to have access to specialty confections and feel good that the products came from other local businesses. Itā€™s important to know what we are putting in our body & where it came from. Opposed to chain store bakeries where everything is pre-baked and packaged, icing out of buckets and full of preservatives.
What I'll do with $5,000
I would use $5000 for new kitchen equipment, larger mixer, new baking pans, cookie decorating supplies, airbrush machine & projector, cake boxes and boards, business labels, shopping bags. I would like a table banner with my business logo so once Iā€™m licensed i can attend & advertise at wedding expos and events. I would like to use toward leasing a commercial kitchen or renting a physical location to open a beautiful bakery to create and sell all of my sugar masterpieces. I have an entire vision i have thought about for years of how I want it set up.A delivery vehicle separate from my personal vehicle would also be a great idea. Less wear and tear on my own vehicle.

About Caresse Guillen
