Solar power technology

I got an idea for a solar power tablet a solar power laptop the idea would be to put a solar power on the back of a tablet and when you outside at the park or you outside in the summer whatever it could be waterproof for the winter and you just collect the sunlight and it has an extra battery stored up in there got to run for about an hour or two to save your information same with the laptop you can charge up you could be able to go you could be riding somewhere and just get sunlight from a source through a window charge the device up and there you go
I came up with h the idea for the smartphone the water jet the electric filing cabinet the radius unit cabinet solar power generator EKG machine for the smartphone blood pressure monitor for the smartphone or watch I gave all these ideas to Congress I came up with a regenerative breaking system for President Obama. The regenerative breaking system charge the battery I did smartphones fold and smartphone that was my concept I gave it to one of the phone companies. I voluntarily make concepts for this country I have a concept for you for a new idea I just came up with the idea for congress you're probably see it later a solar power cell phone. My ideal it's a solar power tablet solar power laptop so people with no power.

About this idea
The ideas for it would be to conserve energy to have free energy to run your tablet or smartphone or your laptop and run on free energy that's the juicy tidbits it would go on the back of the device and if you want you can put a strip on the front of a laptop and why you sitting there having open you can charge it or you can just close and then charge it or you can turn the tablet upside down and charge it for a little while and I'll give you two or three hours worth of power I draw a picture of what it looks like and give you some mission.
Impact
Be energy efficient and people can have a longer battery expectancy on the system so they can keep using it and it can back up and store information and data
What I'll do with $5,000
Start a music production company I would do theme music. Radio commercials if I can get a connection with that to do freelance work to get music done and submitted to a publishing company to record company to copyright company and then do the music and hopefully I get paid benefits from that. First of all I would need a keyboard a computer music stand headphones a audio box a monitor 27 in and the reason I deal with the solar power computer I would need a laptop too so I can do my work if I'm going to go and I'm rushing to do a deadline I can put the CDN and upload the demo to the record company medical record company. I can do a lot of different things with music but I want to invent the solar power equipment so that every individual will have an opportunity to say they were on Tuesday work going what I got power in some way they can charge it in a day and used it the extra power store in there if it gets dark or something they working on it to beach or something and it can charge up and still have enough power they don't have to plug it into the car they can use the direct sunlight direct energy source and they can make the money they need to keep working with that's what the whole thing I'm working with the government I want to idea I thought of for a cell phone so why not for the the laptop in the the tablet too
