Empathy Tech

I see so many opportunities to help support the growth of entrepreneurs and small businesses. One need I hear all the time is for a website. Many times the needs are bit more complex, with the goal being to reach more people or find more customers. What is actually needed is a comprehensive digital presence, and building a website that is not at the center of that will hinder these companies ability to reach those customers.

The largest roadblock will be overcoming the initial hurdles of finding out the first clients. We plan to overcome this by networking and marketing our knowledge and services. Once we find our first clients our service will standout. By focusing on smaller projects and really knowing our customers our empathy will be very transparent in our speed of delivery and genuinely customer-centric behavior.

Helping these business owners helps their families and their communities. And some of those same people who were brave enough to share their ideas will be the same people who inspire and lift up their communities.

I am no exception to this. I want to offer my services to as many companies as possible because the more websites I build, the more work and referrals we will get. And in time Empathy Tech will be a resource hub in my community where technology is not only consumed but created.

What I Will Do With $5,000

The full $5000 will act as grant funds for small & new businesses that need and are ready for a website but cannot afford it. A strong digital presence can really help a struggling business & helping those businesses will help us overcome the hurdles of finding & retaining customers that maybe earlier in the process.

In trun we will allocate:
$1000 for needed software
$1000 for marketing
$3000 for contact and sub-contract work for graphics design, video, and copywriting.

Thank you!

About Arick Davis

My passion is technology & innovation. The reality that we can create something that drastically changes our way of life inspires me. The art of putting ideas together & the grind of solving an impossible problem is what drives me. Also, I think that we could all do a little more to make the world a better place. When I have a "good" idea I can't make my brain leave it alone until it is thoroughly proven impossible. I am not sure if that is a good or bad thing yet.
