We intend to be an E learning fashion platform that offers fashion education using high quality videos and step by
step pictorial illustrations (transcript) to individuals intending to learn or improve on a fashion skills. We intend to have
different specialisation in fashion and art topics like patternmaking, Sewing, photography, digital illustration, makeup
artistry etc. Each fashion course would be taught by respected fashion professionals and they will be created under basic,
intermediate and advance skillsets to ensure easy access to training videos. We intend to employ 3 payment models
apart from the freenium model that would be available to our audience. The pay per video, monthly subscription and the
group subscription model.
We also intend to build a community that shares information in realtime helping each other
learn. Each video comes with a downloadable resource guide that offers info on tools to be used. We also want to have a marketplace for fashion & art supplies.
Youth unemployment rate in the U.S & U.K is 8.7% and 11.7 % respectively.
In Nigeria, it is 55.4% meaning there are 25 million youths between ages 15 to 35 without jobs.
Entrepreneurship has been flagged as a solution by developing nations and with the Nigerian fashion industry estimated to be worth a £1.1 trillion, we are intent on achieving SDG 4, 8 & 9 by empowering unemployed youths with jobs & businesses, fashion creatives with more skills to take on complex projects and make more money.
