After spending 5 years working in a grocery store, seeing confused and lost customers is an extremely common site. This made me think, “I wonder if there is a way to automate the process of a customer walking up to an employee and asking them where X is.”
A few months later, Minva Technologies was formed.
We aggregate aisle information from multiple retailers and make that information available via a mobile application.
In the long run, we envision retail customers walking into any large retail setting, quickly pulling out their phone, and quickly finding what they are looking for.
Customers save time and if they take advantage of coupons through our affiliation with Coupons.com, they will save money.
The retailers, on the other hand, save money in that their employees do not need to be bothered answering questions. The retailers will also see increased revenue being that the customer that once left empty handed because they couldn’t find what they were looking for, now will not.
