I am a certified holistic health coach and I LOVE all things nutrition and using food as preventative medicine whenever possible. I truly enjoy making elderberry syrup, and I love all of it’s nutritional benefits. Many elderberry syrups sold in stores are often full of glucose syrup and other additives. Instead, I use raw, local honey (which also has additional health benefits) and do not add preservatives. My syrup is roughly ½ the cost of store-bought elderberry syrup and tastes pretty darn good too! I am so excited to be able to make a quality product for people in west Michigan that the whole family can take confidently. Elderberry syrup packs a powerful punch for so many aspects of your health and it aligns with my desire to help others improve their health naturally.
Honestly, almost everyone can benefit from using elderberry syrup. American health is looking bleak and we need to start taking our health more seriously. Elderberry syrup is natural, can be used preventatively and provides many health benefits. If we don’t start taking prevention seriously, our healthcare system can not sustain this downward spiral we are trending towards. I love that my product can play a small role in positively impacting people’s health naturally!
