I was hospitalized against my will and transported between two hospitals on July 22 2019. The event left me with severe bladder spasms and loss of urine control.

Impact

If the PCM 284 is brought into Michigan probate court statute, then there will be a way out of the involuntary hospitalization procedure for other people who don’t want to be involved in the matter such as myself. During the process I was forced to pick up medical bills against my will. The entire process left me with a 600 credit score and I racked up an extra $10,000.00 in credit card debt running away from probate court pickup orders.

What I Will Do With $5,000

I have $15,893.08 in credit card debt from Kent county probate court and the $5000.00 check will help remove the financial burden caused by Network 180. The experience dropped my credit score down to 600 and I also have bladder spasms as a result of the experience. I was seeking a lawsuit vs Mercy health in Muskegon, but I am dropping the lawsuit attempt.
