Prosocial Entertainment, LLC aims to purchase a 16’ wrestling ring from Highspots, Inc (highspots.com). Muskegon County deserves its own independent wrestling development center and promotion. Collectively, West Michiganders possess a DIY attitude and we are a bit “punk rock”. In 2019, the DIY and rebel culture of independent wrestling is reemerging nationally and globally. There seems to be NOTHING happening in this space on the west side of the state, which makes this an exciting project. We cannot imagine a more ripe community to launch a family-friendly independent pro wrestling venture. While Prosocial Entertainment, LLC already exists, this would be a brand new d/b/a.
Prosocial Entertainment, LLC aims to use pro wrestling to build relationships across sectors and through social barriers. Our hope is to enhance the greater community by not only developing pro wrestlers for the fun of it but professional people for social good. Prosocial Wrestling will launch as a social enterprise that not only seeks to make a profit but also benefits people and communities. Strategies include, but are not limited too, youth development and partnerships for reentry.
