The most exciting thing about PTShare is the potential it has to change how the world works. PTShare is a platform that seeks to add schedule stability, job mobility, and income stability to the lives of our users; the employee. Additionally, for our clients; the employer, we dramatically reduce the time that goes into managing traditional employees as well as the expenses associated with payroll. What gives is the competitive advantage is the fact that we offer ongoing jobs with stable scheduling. Our nearest competitor offers one time jobs with defined end dates which offers no stability for the user. Additionally, we take the responsibility to calculate and distribute payroll. Since our model is a tweak on an existing model, I don’t foresee any detrimental road blocks.
Both the employer and the employee will benefit from PTShare. For the employer PTShare becomes their HR department handling everything from hiring/firing, payroll, vacation request, etc. For the employee PTShare offers job security, schedule stability, and income stability. PTShare has the potential to become the world’s largest employer. We will become a one stop shop for the business and the users of our services.
What I Will Do With $5,000
With $5,000 PTShare will start begin the process of building & scaling PTShare on Amazon Web Services AWS. Additionally, we will create an animated short video explaining PTShare services and how our services can benefit the employer and the employee.
