A former plant tissue culture lab director for one of the largest perennial producers in the US, Della is also an experienced project manager, and certified process improvement specialist holding a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Her experience includes leading complex projects such as the development and deployment of custom horticulture production software that increased production efficiency by 40% and generated $450K+ in direct revenue while the tissue culture lab director. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in biology, and has graduate research experience resulting in a publication while studying at China Agriculture University in Beijing, China.
