The CryoCellar CryoCube Cooler is a modular produce storage and delivery system using artificial intelligence to “crack the code” for injecting dry ice into modified coolers without damaging perishable food items. This system uses C02 captured from tailpipe and smokestacks to reduce the carbon footprint of the refrigerated cold chain and supply produce to areas that lack access to refrigeration.
