Start the training while getting them certified with the food safety manager certification at the learning to cater and run a food truck.
Use current food safety skills in food service.
• Describe the proper food storage and handling methods requirement and their impact on the food.
• Apply the principles, concepts, and laws of food safety in any food service situation.
• Analyze situations and make decisions based on data in food safety.
