Frankly, hospitals and care facilities are facing a number of unique challenges presented due to a number of reasons examples would be the aging population and rising care costs DonnaCare intends to address these issues.

Impact

DonnaCare in home care is important for several reasons such as personalized care offers tailored care to meet the specific needs of individuals in a comfortable environment. Family involvement encourages family participation in the caregiving process which creates a collaborative relationship and makes sure the patient feels supported by loved ones and us. Cost effectiveness staying in home is more effective than hospitals or long term care and may lessen or eliminate the need for constant re-admissions. What I'll do with $5,000

If selected DonnaCare would invest in equipment for in home patients such as call alerts. Tablets for staff to document cares and behaviors on patients. Office supplies computer fax machine and for an accreditation for the organization.
