Impact
Violet Flour Bakes exists to create connection through edible beauty. Every cake, dessert, or class is an opportunity for people to slow down, create, and share joy.
By expanding into a licensed kitchen space, I can:
-Expand my offerings to be able to offer more inclusive dessert options for those with food allergies or intolerances.
-Partner with local cafes, florists, and venues to elevate community events and markets.
- Expand my decorating classes to reach more people, inspiring creativity and confidence- especially for other women and mothers craving a creative outlet.
- Model entrepreneurship that blends artistry, business, and motherhood in a way that feels sustainable and inspiring to others.
The world looks different when desserts don't just fill a table- they create belonging, artistry, and joy.

						What I'll do with $5,000
$5,000 would be the key to transforming Violet Flour Bakes from a small home-based bakery into a fully licensed business.
I would use the funds to:
- Secure a spot in a local incubator kitchen (downtown market)
- Pay for associated licensing fees
- Purchase the essential tools and smallwares needed to operate commercially
- Purchase items to be able to sell at markets such as a folding table, signage, display stands, etc.
- Invest any leftover money into building a backstock of ingredients and packaging
This will unlock new revenue streams- wholesale, collaborations, markets, and expanded workshops which will allow Violet Flour Bakes to grow while keeping the same handcrafted, heartfelt quality.
