Flight training has a massive efficiency problem. Fewer than 20% of students who start training ever earn their pilot certificate, largely due to poor scheduling, lack of accountability, and fragmented tools.
Proper Pilots fixes this by becoming the operating system for flight schools.
Our platform manages flight scheduling, instructor workflows, aircraft availability, and student training progress in one place. Every flight becomes structured data. Schools gain visibility into performance, utilization, and student progression.
We also capture training data through our hardware system (K.D.H.), which records dual-channel cockpit audio and flight telemetry. That data powers AI debriefs, performance insights, and eventually industry-level analytics for regulators, insurers, and airlines.
The result is simple:
more efficient schools, better instructors, and dramatically higher student completion rates.

The $5,000 would directly fund our airport-to-airport sales blitz. We are visiting over 200 flight schools, onboarding early adopters, and capturing the first wave of industry data.
