Reviving a stable restaurant in the inner city that has long been a gathering ground for people of color. The restaurant will employ youth and provide food for the community. We will treat our employees like they make a difference, and they will. Food always brings the community together in a positive way.

About this idea
Food central cuisine with culture that makes a statement, produced with love. Food is much more than an activity. It brings culture together, smell and taste. Connecting with schools and community agencies that have services for youth, to foster collaboration in a positive way. Helping youth with exposure to a possible career.
Impact
Connecting youth with a business owner that looks like them, to instill values and culture in a positive way. Reach one teach one, to mentor and create a learning environment of love and respect. This is a lifelong impact that will stay with the youth forever. Employing the disadvantage youth in the community.
What I'll do with $5,000
The funds will be used for operational cost associates with the business. Lawn chairs, repairs to concrete, marketing, painting, power washing the outside to make it more presentable.
