About this idea
BBQ sandwiches served on a pretzel bun topped with choice of melted cheese with sides of jalapeño popper Mac and cheese, bbq baked beans, bags of chips, bottles of pop, and the world’s finest chocolate bar all served from a mobile food cart “hotdog cart”
Impact
My business will have an impact on the sidewalk downtown vending zones where the general public will have access to a variety of foods and I believe my sandwiches set me apart from others who serve up hotdogs
What I'll do with $5,000
If I obtain the grant the funds will be used for licensing purposes. Health department inspection, mobile vendors application fees for both Grand Rapids and Muskegon, and payment for commissary services
