We would help job seekers better acquire work by giving them a reputation system to know which hiring processes to avoid.
We help employers to choose better talent companies by giving them access to feedback on these companies. They already paid for these services. What is the benefit to not knowing job seekers opinions of the services that they already bought?
We help small businesses who have been so negatively impacted by hiring being scaled and rife with professional catfishing which function as "funny cat video" clickbait to keep job seekers on the "roads" of modern hiring instead of being employed .
What I'll do with $5,000
With the money I would do marketing outreach on Blind for Business, Reddit and LinkedIn to acquire job seekers and employer buy in to the data and insights we need. Acquiring traction from job seekers to demonstrate the validity of the idea will help acquire job seekers will help the positive feedback loop.
Quick Bio
Sarah Trumble has a B.S from U of M and an M.A. from SIT graduate Institute. Her experience in the job market, love of the scientific process, and expertise in academic research and pattern recognition led her to start this work and found this company. She writes for the Pinconning Journal and the evolution of the modern job market is her passion and her business. She is joined by a coalition of founders, supported by 3 Michigan SBDC coaches, and supported by a tech team whose founder graduated the Y combinator.
