What I'll do with $5,000
With $5,000 in funding, our immediate priority will be to strategically invest in key areas to enhance operational capacity and market reach within the Kalamazoo area. A significant portion will be allocated to acquiring a second mobile cart, enabling us to accommodate concurrent events and expand our service capabilities. The remaining funds will be judiciously used for essential inventory procurement to stock both carts, targeted marketing initiatives to broaden brand awareness, the implementation of an efficient point-of-sale system for streamlined transactions, the acquisition of an additional refrigeration unit to ensure product freshness and safety, and crucial payroll expenses to hire two part-time individuals to assist with the operations of each cart. This investment will directly contribute to scaling our business and effectively meeting growing customer demand.
