About this idea
I create high quality mushroom extracts to serve as enhancers to fresh pressed juices and herbal drinks. Fruits will be seasonal and herbs will sustainably sourced and locally farmed. These drinks will be made to order and served fresh.
Impact
The impact is a fresh way to get the benefits of mushrooms. Many people often have a difficult time with the texture and taste of mushrooms. With funky fresh juice you are able to get all medicinal and functional benefits in a convenient and flavorful way that boosts your wellness profile while being convenient and sustainably sourced.
What I'll do with $5,000
The money will be used to finish securing the necessary licensing to begin retail and market operations. I will also use it to purchase extraction equipment so that the quality of the extracts remains high. Left over money will be used for building up inventory so that once the license has been approved, we can slide into production.
