Impact
What if I told you that you may never need to bend down, kneel, or squat to load or unload the dishes ever again?
That idea is now a reality with the E-Z Lift Dishrack. Gone are the days of taking breaks between loading the dishes because of your agitated back. So many companies now are focused on the aesthetic appeal, essentially who has the latest and greatest technology, but there has been little focus on the functionality of these appliances. We need to shift the focus back on the customer.
Not only does the E-Z Lift Dishwasher reduce physical anguish, but it also serves as a financial relief. The E-Z Lift Dishrack is after-market, meaning you don't have to go out and buy an entire new dishwasher for at least $800; instead, we serve as a compliment to the major appliance players. We have custom sizes to fit according to each brand, making our product universally accessible.
Additionally, our product helps you become more environmentally friendly. For example, did you know that on average, using a dishwasher can save anywhere between 50%-70% of water consumption compared to handwashing? Our goal is for the E-Z Lift Dishrack to be useful enough for individuals to begin using a dishwasher more than handwashing. We believe that this product has benefit everyone in some way, so we are excited to get it in front of you!
What I'll do with $5,000
If we are fortunate enough to receive the $5,000, our immediate goal would be to finalize the prototype and have a final draft to present to manufacturers. As can be seen from the photo above, we are still working on some kinks in the design, but this money would accelerate our path to getting the E-Z Lift Dishrack into homes across the nation.
My grandmother is the inspiration for this whole company. I want to provide a better life for her, and people like her. There is no reason that people should risk being in pain to complete a daily task, so to relieve them of that stress would mean the world. The $5,000 would also prove to myself and the rest of the world that other people believe in my vision.
