Two Hot Blondes coffee cart is a women owned, community centered mobile coffee based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, created to offer more than just beverages - we create warm, approachable moments of connection through thoughtfully crafted drinks and a calm, welcoming atmosphere. Our coffee cart blends high quality specialty coffee with a carefully curated menu, with names like: Two Hot Blondes in a Cup and Blueberry Blonde.
Impact
Coffee is currently reported as the beverage that more adults drink each day than any other, with about 66% of adults drinking coffee daily, even more than water. On average a person in the US spends around ~$1,100 per year. In addition they drink 3 cups of coffee per day. Our goal with these statistics is to provide artisanal coffee brought straight to you.
What I'll do with $5,000
We will use the $5,000 grant to purchase and install a commercial grade espresso machine for our mobile coffee cart. This equipment is essential for delivering consistent, high quality espresso beverages and for operating efficiently at community events, private bookings, and local gatherings. The funds will cover the cost of the espresso machine, required electrical, and water setup components, and initial calibration and maintenance to ensure safe and reliable operation. This investment will allow our business to increase service capacity, improve product quality, and expand opportunities.
