We worked with a former Kellogg ingredient expert to perfect a recipe that is all-natural, low-calorie, and shelf-stable. Our "weekly pouches" capitalize on the subscription-ready nature of the supplement, making it as habitual as a morning multivitamin. Our impact lies in providing a convenient delivery system for the modern high-performer to maintain mental energy during high-stress periods, while simultaneously offering older adults a science-backed way to support muscle tone and bone density. By prioritizing ease of use and an approachable aesthetic, we ensure these clinical benefits reach the people who need them most. Finally, CREADE is setting a new industry standard for transparency and trust. The supplement market is currently facing a "trust crisis" due to under-dosed products and unstable delivery systems that degrade before they reach the consumer. What I'll do with $5,000
The primary allocation of this capital will go toward Scientific Validation and Transparency. In a market currently plagued by "unstable" gummies that degrade into waste, this lab-verified seal of approval provides the credibility we need to win consumer trust. Next, we will invest $1,500 into Manufacturing Scale-Up, securing a commercial kitchen lease and purchasing industrial mixing and precision cutting equipment. This moves us out of the "home kitchen" phase and increases our capacity from 60 units per week to over 500, allowing us to meet the demand of our first partners. The remaining funds will be used to solidify our Market Presence and Consumer Experience. We will spend $1,000 on Professional Branding and Packaging, specifically custom-printed pouches with oxygen-barrier lining to ensure a 12-month shelf life and a premium aesthetic. Finally, the last $500 will launch a Strategic Market Pilot through targeted digital ads and local sampling pop-ups at Ann Arbor wellness studios and co-working spaces. This $5,000 is the capital required to validate our science, professionalize our brand, and prove our conversion rates before we seek larger-scale investment.
