About this idea
The Property Tech Industry is projected to be an 80b dollar market in 2032 (currently an 40b dollar market) if we could get established in 5 states (our current goal) we could gather 2-4b dollars if done correctly.
Impact
Our goal is to streamline the process of real estate for everyone making it simple to buy sell and manage homes for investors, realtors, property managers, landlords, and homeowners giving them the confidence they need to be be successful in their real estate endeavors.
What I'll do with $5,000
This grant will be used to deploy our ARM marketing strategy. ARM stands for Affiliate Marketing, Ringless Voicemail, and Mailers. For Affiliate Marketing we will pay a diversity of spokesmen and women to push our message and give CTA to create an account on our platform. For ringless voicemail, we will call B2B with an automated answering line that prompts them to join our platform. Then we will send mailers to B2B with higher projected CLV. This will be able to run for 6-9 months.
