Promising Love Care is a non-medical home care agency driven by love, compassion and commitment . The agency was created to allow people to live in the comfort of their own home, the place they have created memories with their families and loved ones. Without having to go to a facility and still receiving the daily living assistance.

About this idea
Many home care agencies do not accept Medicaid but Promising Love Care does. Accepting Medicaid allows the company to make individuals aware ,that finances should never be a reason not to get the proper compassionate care they need. Many individuals aren’t able to support themselves physically, financially or have family to support them. That’s where Promising Love Care, LLC steps in. We have also planned a community resources event to make the community aware about home help and other local services. Because we “Care with a Purpose”.
Impact
Giving adults and seniors their dignity back to be able to stay at home, not feel alone and still get the proper care in the comfort of their home. Helping families relieve the stress of trying to find a facility for short or long term care, the financial part of paying for a facility, feeling burnt out of trying to take of their loved ones and live their lives as well. It also creates more job opportunities for the community.
What I'll do with $5,000
Winning the $5,000 Promising Love Care, LLC, will be able to do more marketing, such as hosting more resources events to make communities aware of the service, get bigger printer/ fax combo, pay the other 6 months of our liability insurance and continue to pay for e-learning platform for our employees.

My name is Vershawndra Scott. I’m a Muskegon Heights native. I started working in the Foster Care Field, Home Care and Assisted Living 15 years ago, within that time, it has turned into a passion.
