Impact
Meet Tammy. She's an AP rep at a mid-market manufacturing shop in West Michigan. She has a college degree and is more than capable of doing strategic, meaningful work. But every day, she sits at her desk punching in invoices, matching POs to receipts, and keying vouchers into a 20-year-old ERP system. She's not growing. She's not thinking critically. She's doing the work a machine should be doing. And that takes a toll. When you spend 40 hours a week feeling like you're below your potential, that frustration doesn't stay at the office. It follows you home. It affects how you show up for your family. Tammy deserves better than that.
Then there's Bill. He owns the shop. Bill started this company because he's a builder and a visionary. But right now, he's buried in the day-to-day. He's stuck working in the business instead of on it. He can't focus on growth, new markets, or long-term strategy because he's constantly pulled into operational fires that should be running themselves.
And here's the bigger picture. With tariffs rising and costs getting tighter by the month, mid-market manufacturers are getting squeezed harder than anyone. This isn't a problem for the Gentexes of the world. The billion-dollar companies will be fine. It's the mom-and-pop shops with 50 to 500 employees that don't have the bandwidth or budget to make their next accounting hire or their next quoting hire. They can't grow because they're spending all their energy just trying to maintain.
That's where the AXS System comes in. Instead of hiring another head, manufacturers can deploy AI agents that automate the repetitive accounting and quoting workflows their teams are drowning in. Tammy gets to do work that actually challenges her. Bill gets to step back and lead. And the business gets room to compete in an environment that's only getting harder. We're not replacing people. We're freeing them up to do what they've always wanted to do.
What I'll do with $5,000
$5,000 gets us a booth at the IOFM AP & P2P Spring Conference in Orlando this May. This is the largest accounts payable and procure-to-pay conference in the country, with over 800 senior financial decision-makers, controllers, and AP managers in one room. These are the exact people who buy what we sell. We're already live with manufacturing pilots today, so this isn't about validating an idea. It's about getting in front of our buyers at scale. If we convert just a handful of conversations into pilots, that $5,000 turns into tens of thousands in first-year revenue. At our current conversion rates, success at this conference will change the entire trajectory of our business.
