About this idea
Every product that is baked, high standard, good quality ingredients are used. No artificial flavors or bad ingredients are used. All ingredients used in the production of the bread is natural, which includes the unbleached flour.
Impact
To help the community and spread the real truth behind bread, and not the lies that have been fed all over. It is not the bread itself that makes it unhealthy, rather the process behind making it that can make it bad. Thus, I want to make my bread healthy for the people so that they enjoy eating bread without having the guilt or worry of eating unhealthy bread.
What I'll do with $5,000
I will use the $5000 to register my business as an LLC, to get and EIN number, get business insurance, and to rent a kitchen so that I may be able to produce more product for the community to enjoy and to be able to offer it in more locations, such as the Holland Farmer's Market.
Quick Bio
I am from Mexico and I came to Michigan in 1998. I have being married for 22 years and we have 2 amazing sons. I am a Christian woman and I love cooking and baking and doing it with love and purpose.
