The impact Healthy2Go will have on society spans for generations to come and filters through every facet of life.
Let's begin with global impact. Our planet's devastating climate conditions require a shift in how we operate business and society. Healthy2Go is prepared to support environmental change by sourcing local ingredients and using fully compostable packaging. Furthermore, as a 100% plant-based company, Healthy2Go has eliminated any need to contribute to the detrimental impact involved in the manufacturing of animal-based products.
Healthy2Go is priming for a significant impact on the economic development of people of color. We are especially committed to building wealth and financial security within the Black community. To African-Americans, entrepreneurship represents more than just owning a business. Participating in local, regional, and global markets signifies a dream deferred by systemic racism and discrimination. As a Black-Owned Business, Healthy2Go keeps the Black dollar in circulation longer and provides an avenue for the Black dollar to accumulate wealth.
The strength of our local economy reflects in the quality of our communities. With the emergence of DoorDash and Amazon, small business owners and farmers are struggling to keep their dreams alive. Healthy2Go is proud to support Michigan farmers and grocers by sourcing locally first. To further our local impact, we strategically prepare our foods to qualify under tax-free grocery requirements, increasing access to healthier options for families receiving food assistance.
Lastly, the impact Health2Go has on people's lives is very personal. Our meals are packed with ingredients that have been scientifically proven to prevent, reduce, and reverse the devastation of chronic illnesses such as high blood pressure, diabetes, and cancer. The potential impact this company has reaches far and wide and people who seek a more healthy lifestyle will likely benefit most.

What I'll do with $5,000
We are excited to announce that our company is primed to start cooking within the next thirty days!
Five-thousand dollars from 5X5 will make a dramatic impact on the success of our launch by offsetting the following expenses:
- Social media ad spend to ramp up the 'Healthy2Go Pre-Launch Campaign'
- Company branded PPE to safely interact with our community amidst the pandemic
- Kitchen production small wares to ensure we are most efficient in production time, controlling kitchen rental costs
- Company branded promo items such as tablecloths, banners, and signage to increase awareness and credibility while vending at local markets
- Portable coolers to ensure adherence to food safety policies during vending events and/or deliveries
- UPC registration for opportunities to expand into locations that scan UPCs
- Bulk label set-up and production to ensure the best cost and quality per product label
