About this idea
Tipple & Posy offers a Build Your Own Posy "BYOP" experience. We are looking to offer workshops to gain exposure to West Michigan communities and spread the love of locally grown florals! Alongside our Posy Specialist services for private events, we create memorable experiences by allowing guests to curate their own small arrangement. We hope to offer this on a larger scale to groups of 10+, hosting these workshops in local spaces interested in engaging with their clients.
Impact
Events, especially those meant to celebrate community or milestones in our lives, are supposed to be memorable! Why leave your guests with favors that will be pushed to the back of their cabinet or become another token on their keychain, when you can make the moments of your event full of the love and energy that they’ve filled your life with. The best way to do this is to immerse your guests fully in the event! How? By engaging all of their senses. Tipple & Posy is a hands on experience where guests can create their own small floral arrangements, surrounded by the beautiful aromas they make and the energy of a growing community. Our Tipple & Posy workshops will be a memorable way for community members to gather and engage with other local businesses and growers.
What I'll do with $5,000
We will use the $5,000 to buy storage which ranges from a one-time $800-$2,000 as well as display options for florals ($100-$300) to be showcased in at workshops. Remaining monies will be used towards any space rental fees associated with using venues and studios.
