Spire is an effort to help bridge this gap but providing a technology-enabled way for designers (Product Designers in particular) to draw their career paths with confidence by 1 understanding what it takes to get to each step in the ladder and what that ladder is directly informed by industry leaders and the latest AI technology, 2 learning and developing skills and getting validation that can take them to the next level and 3 integrating advanced job searching techniques and advice so that more designers star in leadership roles in the future a feature where design is at the driver seat.
