What I'll do with $5,000
With the $5,000 from the Start Garden 5x5 event, Patria’s Kitchen will allocate funds in the following manner to enhance our capabilities and expand our outreach:
Upgrade Catering Equipment - $1,200: This investment will go towards purchasing advanced kitchen equipment, improving our capacity to deliver high-quality, diverse menu options efficiently.
Marketing Initiatives - $1,500: We will direct these funds towards a dynamic marketing campaign to launch our new family meal service. This will include digital advertising, social media outreach, community engagement efforts, and a professional brand photoshoot. The photoshoot will help us create visually appealing content that resonates with our audience and enhances our brand's visibility.
Team Training - $2,000: This portion will focus on comprehensive training for our new team members. It includes practical culinary training, customer service education, and adherence to our high standards, equipping our staff to excel in their roles.
Trainee Licensing and Certification - $300: These funds will be used to cover the costs of necessary licensing and certifications for our trainees, ensuring compliance with industry standards and enhancing their professional development.
