About this idea
Why I created KimmieLewWellness: I first came up with the idea as I started to transform my own body. I want to pour into women all over the world to let them know just because you have kids, older, or a single mom you don't have to let yourself go. I want to show women the they can change their body through sculpting (weightlifting) and create the body they always wanted whether in person or in the privacy of their own home.
Life coaching will be a service offered to help women not only look good but will help give them the tools to achieve their goals, and improve their overall well-being.
Finally we want to offer image consulting. At KimmieLewWellness we want to help women improve their personal or professional image through their appearance, behavior, and communication. We want to be a one stop shop for your wellness needs. All services will be offered in person if the client is able to meet in person or virtually.
Impact
At KimmieLewWellness, our mission is to be a one-stop shop for women's wellness needs. We believe that every woman deserves to feel confident, empowered, and successful, and we are committed to helping our clients achieve their full potential. Helping women achieve wellness through the improvement of their physical appearance and mental stability.
What I'll do with $5,000
The $5,000 will be poured back into the company. I will use it for certification by enrolling and completing the courses nessary to become a certified life and wellness coach (2 separate certifications). Various other needs are needed to get the company up and running such as a website, EIN number, and marketing.
I would like to have products as well that can help with women's develpment. Such as journals, merchandise and workbooks.
I would like to have a Weĺlness App with workouts, fittness tips and motivational messages.
Lastly, I would love a physical locations where I can have sculpting classes and one on one develpment for thw clients that are able to meet in person. Some of the money would go to secure a location.
Quick Bio
My name is Kimberly Lewis. I\'m a fortysix year old African American woman. I have a Bachelor\'s degree and am a single mother to 2 a eleven year old and a seventeen year old. Seems like I have been a single mom forever. Which is why I developed KimmieLewWellness. I prayed that God would give me something to make a difference in not only my life but other women lives as well.
