Everyone experiences illness through out the year, but your primary care doctor can do nothing about it until now. Trueline Health Clinic primary care providers are offering health rings to their patients and help them monitor their health conditions on daily basis so you know when you could get sick and make some lifestyle changes to reverse the course and stay healthy.

What I'll do with $5,000
The grant will allow us offer free health rings to 15 patients who are not able to afford purchasing rings to benefit from our program. Our clinic is projected to open in 4 months, and we are pre-signing up patients in the end of January.
Quick Bio
Hi, My name is Nancy Tuohy, founder of Trueline Health. I have worked in the healthcare industry for more than 20 years in large and small healthcare organizations. I found that healthcare providers only treat patients when you are already sick, and not doing much while you are not sick or an illness is in development. This is why I created Trueline Health -a primary care provider that helps patients to monitor their health on a daily basis by employing advanced technology such as health rings to help patients prevent diseases and offer health coaching services to guide patients to stay healthy. I hold an MBA and Trueline Health is my second healthcare startup.
