Everyone experiences illness through out the year, but your primary care doctor can do nothing about it until now. Trueline Health Clinic primary care providers are offering health rings to their patients and help them monitor their health conditions on daily basis so you know when you could get sick and make some lifestyle changes to reverse the course and stay healthy.

What I'll do with $5,000
The grant will allow us offer free health rings to 15 patients who are not able to afford purchasing rings to benefit from our program. Our clinic is projected to open in 4 months, and we are pre-signing up patients in the end of January.
