About this idea
This initiative focuses on two powerful growth levers, upgraded equipment for higher efficiency and expanded marketing and community engagement for greater reach. With upgraded equipment I would be able to bake more, faster and better. New equipment cuts prep time, bakes more evenly and increases output. Expanded marketing and community engagement allows me to reach more people. I need more visibility to grow sales beyond just walk-in customers. This would target social media ads, loyalty programs etc.
Impact
This idea would boost production by at least 30%, allowing me to meet higher demand, reducing manual labor-saving time for customer service and marketing efforts. With increased production and digital marketing, I could potentially double daily sales within months. More people in the community would recognize and engage with my business. By having a strong customer base my business becomes less dependent on just foot traffic.
What I'll do with $5,000
The $5,000 would be used to purchase equipment to invest in high efficiency commercial items to streamline production. Expand marketing by implementing social media ads, improve branding, and launch loyalty programs and also implement an online ordering system to serve customers beyond foot traffic. Host monthly community engagement events such as pop-up shops, baking workshops or charity collaborations and partner with education systems to host classes and or workshops.
