City Games transforms our community into an interactive playground, where every neighborhood becomes part of the game. Whether it’s discovering a secret menu item at a local coffee shop, snapping a selfie at a street art mural, or attending a pop-up market, every challenge helps players connect with the businesses and events that make our city unique. Unlike traditional event listings or apps, City Games makes “going local” an experience. Players earn points, unlock rewards, and engage with their community in a way that’s fun and meaningful. What I'll do with $5,000
With $5,000, City Games will accelerate player acquisition, marketing, and business outreach to launch our first sponsored season of play.    •   Marketing & Awareness – We’ll invest in targeted digital ads, social media promotions, and printed materials to spread the word about City Games. A portion will go toward creating engaging content—videos, local influencer collaborations, and in-person demos—to generate buzz and attract players.    •   Player Acquisition – To build an active player base, we’ll run launch-week promotions, offer early sign-up incentives, and partner with local businesses for fun rewards that encourage participation.    •   Sales Outreach – We’ll create professional sales materials and dedicate resources to signing up local businesses as partners. Direct outreach, networking events, and strategic sponsorship pitches will help us secure long-term revenue and sustainability. This funding will jumpstart City Games’ first sponsored season, proving the model and setting the foundation for scaling into new cities.
