A Dream’s Tea – makeovers

Tea party themed conference for young ladies 16-24. Attendees will be nominated by their peers and family to receive a makeover (hair, nails, styling) and a photo shoot to boost their self esteem and confidence and teach them the importance of self care. The day will conclude with a 5 star meal. Nominations for the makeovers will happen prior to the conference.

About this idea
6 nominees will be chosen and announced on the day of the conference. The chosen participants will spend time with a professional stylist, makeup artist, beautician, and photographer that will pamper them and celebrate them. The day of pampering will end with a 5 star meal. The idea of the makeovers is to select young ladies that struggle with self-esteem and confidence. This will be determined by the nomination submissions.
Impact
Empowering, educating, and celebrating young women. The conference is designed to boost their inward confidence and the makeovers are designed to give them a visual of the confidence that they discovered inside.
What I'll do with $5,000
6 nominated participants of the conference will receive a head to toe makeover including hair styled, nail service, makeup, and styled along with a photo shoot and a 5 star dinner with the executive team of Dream K.I.M. Speaks.
