About this idea
We provide video marketing solutions to our clients that help elevate their brand, promote an event, or drive specific results. We handle the concept creation, on-site production and post-production. On average, advertisers spent more than $16 million on video advertising in 2020. Since the pandemic video production has only grown. "In 2021, the number of people watching digital videos in the US reached 244.4 million". (Business insider) After a year of being in business, we are now looking for opportunities to grow and expand our business. We currently have 3 part time employees working project based. A photographer and two editors. Our goal is to continue giving creators an opportunity to work with us and elevate as professionals.
Impact
Our goal as AVES Films is to make a difference in our community. This begins by hiring woman and minorities in the community and giving them and opportunity to work with clients and create videos. This will also impact our clients and businesses in the community who are looking for video production work .They wille able to hire a company with a diverse group of people who can see their vision from different perspectives and find creative ways to be more effective. We have already been giving back to the community by sponsoring local events. We sponsored the Mexican Heritage festival downtown Grand Rapids. Link to video: https://vimeo.com/637250357
What I'll do with $5,000
This $5,000 will make a huge impact on our business. As we are looking to be able to take on more clients and bigger projects we are finding a need of more equipment. Since we are limited we are not able to take projects that are at the same time. We need more cameras so that we can hire other videographers and provide a high quality camera for them to learn from and also use to help meet the needs of our clients. This will allow us to take on multiple projects at the same time and send different people to record. We would buy a Sony FX3 camera, and lens for it.
