What I'll do with $5,000
We’re actively looking for our new space. After such a successful run in Detroits Grandmont Rosedale neighborhood, we want to stay in that area. Our challenge has been finding a space with a commercial kitchen. More then likely we’re going to have to do a build out of an existing space. This grant will specifically go towards the down payment on our lease of the new building. And we will continue pitching, apply for grants, and hosting events to raise the rest of the capital needed to complete this project.
