About this idea
MIG, LLC. is a disabled veteran owned LLC, pushing for the advancement of alternative health therapies dedicated to women minority groups and family members. We focus on women’s community health and provide real-world, whole body health therapies for obstacles with emphasis on a person’s cultural upbringing and life experiences. MIG brings a deeper understanding of holistic health concepts and “overall health theory” to include physical, mental, and healthy lifestyle meal prep choices. "Fit 2 Scale" and "Have Murcy's" are the outcome of these concepts.

What I'll do with $5,000
I will put the funds to purchasing higher quality equipment and food ingredients for cooking meals. I will look to rent or lease a location for a small studio for the fitness portion of the business.
