About this idea
Being a native of the Caribbean, it is important for us to be able to maintain the flavors that distinguish us in our kitchen. Creating a healthy menu that allows us to keep our flavors intact but at the same time use the healing properties of each ingredient is the perfect recipe, it is our plan.
Impact
The impact is a positive one because it allows us to have healthy options that at the same time help improve the quality of our health.
What I'll do with $5,000
The 5,000 dollars would be distributed equally for material and personnel to help us create the menu and be able to present this new concept of Caribbean food in our Latino and non-Latino community. It is a creative and delicious option that would give the community the opportunity to have access to our Caribbean food in a fine and healthy way, in addition to the exquisite flavors of our cuisine. In addition, part of the money would be used for marketing and promotion, which is important to be able to spread the new product in the city.
