Giovanni's Seasoning is great for chicken, steak, shrimp, fish, turkey, pork, beef, lamb, soups, salads, rice, potatoes, popcorn! Great for all your favorite veggies, and sides from broccoli and corn to mac and cheese and loaded mash potatoes and seasoned fries. The Dry Rub Marinade reduces down into a sauce. Great for dipping sauces, get for bases of soups, get for marination. It's 2 ways to turn Giovanni's Seasoning into a sauce. You can pan sear your meat of choice, cook until its about 80% done then add water. About 1-2 oz of water, bring it to a simmer then you add your Giovanni's Seasoning and let the mixture cook down into a sauce to your desired texture. or you can use butter, coconut oil, etc. You melt that down and bring it to a simmer then you add your Giovanni's Seasoning and allow that to cook down to your desired texture. You can pour that over you chicken wings, your steaks, your lamb chops, your fries, even your seafood boils. You don't need other spices of any kind when using Giovanni's Seasoning. You don't need Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Garlic Salt, Salt, Pepper, none of these basic seasonings anymore. Giovanni's Seasoning is you're all in one seasoning. Overtime as I grow the company and obtain more resources, the goal would be to invest, market, and promote these companies. This is the real potential of Giovanni's Seasoning.

I am Johnathan Jackson, also known as John Giovanni the 21 year old entrepreneur and curator of Giovanni's Seasoning. I am from Detroit, Michigan and I have been in business for just over a year. I come from a culinary background, since the age of 12 years old I've been working in the restaurant business.
