About this idea
My nutrition club will provide meal replacement shakes, energizing-metabolism boosting teas, protein coffee, pre and post-workout shakes, fat-reducing donut shot, and a few other boosters/additions options. The shakes are all around 250 calories, 21 vitamins and minerals, less sugar than a banana, and 24 grams of protein or more (if customer asks for more.) The teas can range between 5-15 calories each with zero sugar. It's combined with our aloe to soothe the digestive system. Need extra energy? We can add additional caffeine that offers you B vitamins, also. The clubs offer a place of good vibes and even better nutrition, and with many illnesses occurring from the American diet, having healthier alternatives is crucial to help change the country's health.
Those who benefit the MOST, would be those with unhealthy diets and lifestyles. The products overall can truly benefit anyone, though. Lives can be changed by showing people that you can live that healthy and happy lifestyle that you so badly want, if you choose to do so. Some people just need to know that someone believes in them. Many people have lost weight, gained energy, gained muscle, and overall a better attitude at life simply because they enjoyed their drinks and the energy from those who served them. You never know how bad you were feeling until you start to feel good. The real potential here is to make a positive impact on the community by proving healthy options as far as nutrition and vibes.
What I'll do with $5,000
My plans with the money would go towards purchasing the appliances and any furniture I need for the club. If anything is left over, it will also go into supplying the products needed to make the drinks.
