Imagine you coming to the mall and you get hungry, you go to the food court and wow you see"The Caribbean Bite" sign "Tasty Food with a Caribbean Flavor" so you go there and they have authentic latino food wow it looks and smells like mom or grandma cooking amazing!! so you explore the menu and they have rice, fry chicken, stew steak ect your in heaven. With your help we can bring this vision to life (The Caribbean Bite) in the Rivertown food court.

About this idea
We offer tastes Caribbean food available for lunch or dinner at the Rivertown food court. we are one of the few places that has that mom or grandma cooking with sweet plantains, jerk chicken, Stew steak and chicken, or if you want we also have fry chicken and empanadas to wash it all down we have authentic Caribbean fruit juices. We want to be able to offer these diverse type of food to our community and represent our culture at the same time.
Impact
create more jobs, offer authentic latino food, and represent our cultural dishes and drinks.
What I'll do with $5,000
With $5,000 I'll pay our deposit $3,605.00 with the remains $1,395 I'll pay for our insurance and licensing to get the keys and start bring this vision to reality. Wen still need $50K to start the business for equipment, payroll, utilities and start-up expenses. This $5,000 will secure our location and give up a head start. We been in business for 3 years we have done many pop up events for our Community and they love our food and can't wit for us to open. Please help us get started we have everything but the money.
