I am an aspiring entrepreneur, born and raised in Grand Rapids, MI. I have worked in the medical field for the past 9 years but has always been a foodie. The true inspiration for creating my business is my mom. From day one, my mom has always been my favorite cook. Her love of food and her generous hospitality inspired me to share her Cambodian-Vietnamese recipes with others.

About this idea
We are here to sell you Southeast Asian food. We offer fresh spring rolls, fried spring rolls, ube and pandan waffles, and Vietnamese Iced Coffee. My mom has always made an emphasis on hospitality for guests. I want to share her values and her passion for cooking.
Impact
The community will benefit by having the opportunity to try unique and delicious foods. They will get to learn and appreciate our culture. We aspire to celebrate diversity and are proud to honor our Southeast Asian heritage.
What I'll do with $5,000
5,000 will help pay for our dream food trailer, supplies and continuing business and marketing education.
